Precompiled Matlab MEX (Windows only).
Here is a precompiled MEX for Matlab 6.1 There is a manual too. Many thanks to Ignacio Ruiz de Conejo for his great work.

Contributed demo by Armindo Da Silva (Windows only).
Armindo did this great demo of profile applier in Delphi. It can even print and scan, and the GUI is very nice!. Works on RGB (About 1Mb) Thanks Armindo!

Download documentation only.
If you want to take a look to the documentation before downloading anything, here is the tutorial in plain ASCII. This document is also included on the distribution packages. See also the API reference here. Revised for ver 1.17

Also, here are several samples:

A snippet on how simple can be to apply profiles using lcms.
A snippet on how to decode cHRM, gAMA, sRGB and iCCP chunks on PNG.
A snippet on how to decode embedded profiles in TIFF files using Sam Leffer's TIFFLIB
A snippet on how to decode embedded profiles in JPEG files using Tom Lane's IJG library

Additional code for reading embedded icc profiles in JPEG

Utility profiles
Here you can find all profiles included in the demo program, among several tweaks for tricking & trapping. It includes XYZ and Lab identities, and some other, public-domain, collected profiles like: TIFF CIE L*a*b*, YCbCr Rec 601, YCbCr Rec 709, SWOP/CGATS TR001 CMYK generic input, sRGB standard profile, sRGB implemented as color space (3D CLUT) (400K)

Pro Tiler
Richard LeVitt's ProTiler creates tiled color images you can use to explore the performance of ICC output device profiles. Each color image covers a range of chroma and lightness values at a selected hue angle in cylindrical CIELab color space. A gamut filter limits tiles to colors that are in-gamut for a given hue and profile. Display options enable you to select image size, chroma scale, and background lightness. You can also display profile color errors to aid in diagnosis of problem profiles. More...

A wrapper for using lcms as a plug-in (MS Visual C++ only)
Ted Ferenc contributed code lets load lcms DLL at run time, in this way, you can use lcms as a removeable plug-in. (68K)

Goto KWLee's Scanner ICC Profiles Center.
Do you miss a profile for your scanner? KWLee has written a profiler program using lcms. For now he has builded a lot of profiles!!!. Thanks KWLee..

Cheap & Accurate IT8/7.2 targets.
Wolf Faust is manufacturing IT 8.7/2 scanner calibration targets cheaply in order to make scanner calibration available at an affordable price (roughly 75% less than what you pay for a Kodak, Agfa or Fuji target).
